Season subscriptions are on sale for the month of August; single tickets go on sale September 1.  You can also purchase by phone at (413) 477-6746 or at the Box Office (call ahead).

Gift certificates are also available online or by phone starting September 1.

DISCOUNTS: We offer discounts to all teachers and students, children, and senior citizens, and to groups of 10 or more.  We hope you'll make events at the Cultural Center a frequent part of your social calendar, so we try to price our shows accordingly!

CHILDREN: Children are generally welcome to all shows, unless noted otherwise.  Children who become noisy or distracting must be removed immediately.

ACCESSIBILITY: The Cultural Center is completley handicap accessible; listening assisted devices are available upon request.  If you'll alert us ahead of time, we'll have one ready for you.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: Ticket purchases are not refundable.  However, you can exchange your tickets for other performances of the same show (if applicable) online or by calling the box office.  In addition, you can exchange your tickets for others to another show of equal or lesser value by calling the box office at least one business day before the show purchased.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: In the case of very severe weather, we may cancel or reschedule a show.  If a show is rescheduled, all tickets remain in effect for the new date; patrons can also exchange for another performance if they prefer.  If a show is cancelled, ticket purchases will be refunded.
