Description
Serendipity’s gift during childhood - access to an abandoned theme park in Monson - nurtured Ruth’s active imagination. “The combination of my love of fairytales and actually getting to play in a magical fairytale play land, overgrown and mysterious, without a doubt had a profound effect on the direction of my life.” Ruth has been illustrating children's books since 1976, with over 75 published books, including original retellings of The Twelve Dancing Princesses, Cinderella, Goldilocks, and the Snow Princess.
