COVID-19 Protocols

The Center at Eagle Hill and Eagle Hill School are continuing to respond to the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to stay informed of local and state guidance. We have recently adjusted our policies as follows:

The Center at Eagle Hill will no longer be requiring proof of vaccination from our patrons. We do request that all unvaccinated audience members continue to be masked while in our building, and encourage any audience member to wear a mask if they so choose.

We reserve the right to change our policies at any time. We will continue to reevaluate the policies as the impacts of the pandemic are constantly evolving, and will communicate any changes as soon as they are made.

Refunds + Exchanges

Inclement Weather

In the case of severe weather, we may cancel or reschedule a show. If a show is rescheduled, all tickets remain in effect for the new date; patrons can also exchange for another performance if they prefer. If a show is cancelled, ticket purchases will be refunded. News of a show cancellation will be posted on this website, on Facebook, and sent via email to all ticket holders.

Please note:

The use of cameras, cell phones, and other electronic recording devices are not permitted inside our theatres.
Food and beverages are not permitted in the Abby Theatre. Food and beverages may be consumed in our lobby — the Box Office Bar opens an hour before each performance and again during intermission.
Smoking is prohibited everywhere on the Eagle Hill School campus.
